Liberty Rotary Club is honored to be recognized as a Friend of the Town of Wallkill Boys and Girls Club.
We greatly value the friendship we share with The Boys and Girls Club because they offer safe spaces for the children in our community to learn essential life lessons, and to become more successful students, better citizens, healthier human beings and finer stewards of our planet. Furthermore, they assure these young people have a network of caring adults to help them get through the difficult and complex challenges of growing up in a world that is filled with tremendous obstacles.
As Rotarians, we try to live our professional and personal lives in accordance with the Four-Way Test. The first question is “Is It the Truth”. The Boys and Girls Club promotes honesty and integrity. Second, “Is It Fair to All Concerned”. Your organization promotes fair play and equality, inside the club and the wider community. Third, “Will it Build Good Will and Better Friendships”. The Boys and Girls Club is all about relationships to make the passage from childhood to adulthood a more positive and enjoyable experience. And fourth, “Will it Be Beneficial to All Concerned”. The Boys and Girls Club is dedicated to providing equity, inclusion and supports to everyone associated with their organization and others in need.
