Schools To End Poverty(STEP) based at Spring Valley Rotary Club sent another group to Vietnam to provide for children with disabilities and children with no way to get to school. Shown below is the group that went on this mission, which included providing wheelchairs to children that may never have seen the world sitting upright, and bicycles to girls who will then be able to get an education and avoid getting trapped in the sex trade. This mission included Liberty Rotarians Peter and Barbara Blakey as well as Gary and Diane Silver. We are so proud of their commitment to this project.
